Design team

Behind every great event is a great organizing team — and that’s where we come in.

The LIT Conference Design Team is a group of dedicated volunteers who plan, shape, and deliver the conference experience from start to finish. From curating the agenda and securing inspiring keynote speakers, to coordinating logistics, designing the website, and even hustling for door prizes — we do it all.

Our work spans event-day operations, sponsorship outreach, activity planning, catering decisions, branding, and financial management. It’s a team effort powered by creativity, collaboration, and a shared passion for making LIT a memorable and meaningful experience for everyone involved.
